For 2019, there are 2 levels of VIP to choose from – Silver and Gold.
Below is a description of each VIP package and the amenities each includes:

On The Blue Cruise SILVER VIP Amenities include:

  • Spacious Balcony or Junior Suite (based on type of cabin booked)

▶ VIP GOLD – Grand Suites, Grand Suites – 2 Bedrooms, Owner’s Suite – 2 Bedrooms,  Owner’s Suites and Royal Suite (click to open for details)

On The Blue Cruise GOLD VIP Amenities include:

Suite Amenities – provided by Royal Caribbean

    • On arrival in their suites, guests are welcomed with:
      • Complimentary water and a fruit plate
      • Complimentary slippers (for use onboard only)
      • Luxury spa bathrobes (for use onboard only)
      • Exclusive range of bathroom amenities
      • Ghirardelli chocolates at turndown
    • Guests also enjoy complimentary 24-hour room service and coffee and tea service throughout their cruise, and the exclusive privilege of ordering from the main dining room’s full breakfast, lunch or dinner menus to dine in the privacy of their suite.
    • For guests wanting to stay in, guests can order a Mattel board game to be delivered to the suite.
    • A dedicated suite attendant will deliver Royal Caribbean’s Gold Anchor Service throughout the cruise and help to fulfill any special requests.
    • Suite guests will receive a personal key to the Concierge Club. Hosted by the ship’s concierge, the Concierge Club offers suite guests a relaxed atmosphere, business services such as faxes and photocopies, an extensive library of DVDs and CDs, and complimentary continental breakfast and pre-dinner cocktail receptions daily. The concierge is on-hand to see to the needs of the suite guests and assist with any special requests, such as securing reservations in specialty restaurants; pre-ordering wine for dinner; booking shore excursions; scheduling spa and salon appointments; and arranging a private event.

Concierge Club
The Concierge Lounge is a private club. Entrance is exclusive to guests residing in our Top Suites (Grand Suite and above). Due to the capacity in the Lounge, we regret that we cannot honor requests for entrance to friends or relatives of eligible guests. Guests should utilize their Gold SeaPass Card to enter the Lounge. Eligible guests will receive a letter on boarding day describing the services and amenities available within the Lounge.

The Lounge is open twenty-four hours a day, with concierge availability daily from 8:30am – 11:30am and from 5:00pm – 8:30pm.

The Concierge Lounge is designated as a smoke-free area. We respectfully request that guests observe a Smart Casual dress code when visiting the Lounge (no swim or pool attire is allowed, footwear is required at all times). Guests 21 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Concierge Lounge guests are offered amenities and services not available to other guests onboard the ship. Here is a brief summary of those services:

  • Personalized stationary
  • Continental breakfast served in the Lounge daily from 8:00am until 10:00am
  • Hors d’oeuvres and petit fours served in the Lounge, beginning the second evening, before and after dinner respectively
  • Reservations for Specialty Dining, Explorations Shore Excursions and Barefoot Beach Cabanas
  • Appointments for the Salon or for Spa Treatments
  • Movies and CDs are available to borrow during the hours when the concierge is available
  • Daily menus displayed and pre-ordering of dinner wine
  • Business services (assistance with faxing or copying – there is a fee for faxing and copying)
  • Drinks are only served during cocktail hours, usually from 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm, but can vary by ship and itinerary. The following list of drinks available at the Concierge bar is subject to change without notice and is based on availability.
