Our accessible music cruise is built for every fan, with Norwegian Jewel accessibility features designed to support a more comfortable and inclusive experience at sea. Together with Norwegian Cruise Line, we’ve designed an inclusive festival cruise experience where everyone can enjoy the music, the magic, and the community, free of barriers.

The Norwegian Jewel offers accessible staterooms in the Interior, Oceanview, Balcony, Club Balcony Suite, and Penthouse categories. These rooms are designed to accommodate wheelchair access and motorized scooters.

  • ADA-compliant cabins are reserved only for guests who cannot sail without them.
  • Each accessible stateroom includes:
    • A roll-in doorway and roll-in shower with a removable shower seat.
    • Grab bars around the toilet.
    • An adjustable angled mirror above the sink.

In addition, the Norwegian Jewel offers a range of ADA-compliant staterooms across multiple categories, including Interior, Oceanview, Balcony, Club Balcony, and Penthouse suites, ensuring there’s an option to fit your style and budget. These accessible staterooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and inclusivity, with features that support guests with a range of disabilities—making your cruise easier and more enjoyable than ever. These disabled cruise accommodations help ensure every guest can enjoy CTTE with greater comfort, mobility, and peace of mind.

Important: Accessible staterooms are reserved only for guests who cannot sail without these accommodations. Guests traveling with a motorized scooters or non-collapsible wheelchairs must book an accessible stateroom. Standard cabins require that any mobility device fit through a doorway no wider than 26 inches. All mobility devices must be stored inside your stateroom and cannot be left in hallways or public spaces due to safety regulations.

Mobility Equipment & Rentals

Guests needing mobility aids throughout their vacation are responsible for bringing or renting their own equipment. The Norwegian Jewel keeps only a limited number of wheelchairs for emergency use.

All motorized wheelchairs or scooters must run on gel-cell batteries and chargers should be adaptable to 110 volts.

Service Dogs

Service dogs are welcome aboard this accessible music cruise under ADA guidelines. However, please note that emotional support animals are not classified as service animals and cannot sail on the Norwegian Jewel.

Venues & Public Spaces

Every show on our wheelchair-friendly concert cruise is designed with accessibility in mind. Here’s how it works:

STARDUST THEATER:

  • Guests with mobility issues needing wheelchair access will enter the venue on Deck 6, port side.
  • Assigned-Seating Shows: ADA guests are automatically given accessible seating plus one companion seat. Please note: accessible seats are located throughout the theater, not in the very front rows.
  • General Admission Shows: Accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

ALL OTHER VENUES

All other music venues on board are general admission and fully accessible.

All restaurants, lounges, and many public restrooms throughout the Norwegian Jewel are accessible.

Shore Excursions & Tenders

For 2027, our itinerary does not include tender ports. However, if plans change:

  • Tenders may be inaccessible to scooters, wheelchairs, or guests weighing over 100 lbs.
  • Some shore excursions may not be fully accessible.
  • Contact NCL’s Access Desk at (866) 584-9756 for the latest details on shore excursions and accessibility.
