Payments are NOT automatically processed. It is your responsibility to make your payments by the due dates. You can make a payment at any time regardless of whether it is a payment due date or not by either calling us at (855) 330-2883 or by using the “PAYMENT LINK” located in your confirmation emails. Although we have set up a 4-payment plan, you can make more frequent payments as long as the required deposits have been paid by the due dates below.


Payments will be reflected on your Credit Card or Bank Statement as payments to SEAPLANNERS.

Payment schedule varies based on time of booking and stateroom type booked.

STATEROOM TYPES FOR 2025

Standard Staterooms without VIP:

Interior, Oceanview Porthole Window, Oceanview with Picture Window, and Balcony Staterooms.


Staterooms & Suites with VIP:

Club Balcony Staterooms, Penthouse Suite with Large Balcony Aft/Forward, 2-Bedroom Family Suite, Haven Courtyard Penthouse, Haven 2-Bedroom Family Villa, Haven Owner’s Suite, Haven Deluxe Owner’s Suite, and Haven 3-Bedroom Villa.

PAID IN FULL


Available only for Alumni guests that book for the 2025 Cruise to the Edge during the Alumni Booking Period. Guests that choose to Pay In Full will receive a 2% discount on the base fare only. Not available for any other guests or bookings, without exception. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. While this payment plan and discount is offered during the Alumni Booking Period, it is capacity controlled and the offer may expire before the Alumni Booking Period ends (11:59 am on Monday, May 6, 2024).

At the time of reservation:

  • $400 per person deposit is due at the time of the reservation for Standard Staterooms without VIP.
  • $700 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for all Staterooms & Suites with VIP.

 

Friday – June 7, 2024:

The remaining balance is due for all reservations.

Discount is applicable to base cruise rates only and is not offered on the Mandatory Fee Supplement ($375 per person for all Interior, Oceanview, Balcony, and Club Balcony Staterooms/$395 per person for all Penthouse and Haven Suites) for merchant fees, government taxes, and fees. The Paid in Full Discount is only valid during the alumni booking period and expires on Monday, May 6, 2024 at 11:59 pm Eastern or until capacity is reached. Once the discount is expired, it will no longer be available and will not be reinstated for any booking. The entire cabin must be paid in full to receive this discount. If payment is not received on or before Friday - June 7, 2024 at 5:00 pm Eastern, the 2% discount will automatically be removed from the booking and the reservation will convert to the 4 Payment Plan.

2024 ALUMNI PAYMENT PLAN


Available only for guests that attended the 2024 Cruise to the Edge and that book for the 2025 Cruise to the Edge before 11:59 am on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Not available for any other guests or bookings, without exception.  

Payment schedule varies based on time of booking and stateroom type booked.

At the time of reservation

  • $99 per person deposit is due at the time of the reservation for Standard Staterooms without VIP.
  • $299 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for all Staterooms & Suites with VIP.


Friday – June 7, 2024:

  • $301 per person deposit is due at the time of the reservation for Standard Staterooms without VIP.
  • $401 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for all Staterooms & Suites with VIP.

Monday – July 29, 2024:

  • $600 per person deposit is due at the time of the reservation for Standard Staterooms without VIP.
  • $1000 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for all Staterooms & Suites with VIP.


Sunday – October 27, 2024:

50% of the remaining balance is due for all reservations.


Wednesday – January 15, 2025:

The remaining balance is due for all reservations.


4-PAYMENT PLAN


At the time of reservation:

Monday, – July 29, 2024

  • $600 per person deposit is due at the time of the reservation for Standard Staterooms without VIP.
  • $1000 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for all Staterooms & Suites with VIP.


Reservations made on or after Monday – July 29, 2024, will require a deposit of:

  • $1000 per person, due at the time of the reservation for Standard Staterooms without VIP.
  • $1700 per person, due at the time of booking for all Staterooms & Suites with VIP.


Sunday – October 27, 2024:

50% of the remaining balance is due for all reservations.

Reservations made on or after Sunday – October 27, 2024, will require a deposit of 50% of the full cruise fare at the time of booking.


Wednesday, January 15, 2025

The remaining balance is due for all reservations.

Reservations made on or after Sunday – October 27, 2024, will require a deposit of 50% of the full cruise fare and must be paid in full on or before Wednesday - March 5, 2025 (30 days from the departure date).

If payment in full has not been received by the above deadlines for your payment plan, CTTE, LLC reserves the right to consider a reservation cancelled and to charge the applicable cancellation penalties. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

LATE FEES

A $50 per person late fee will be applied each time a reservation does not remit payment by the required payment deadline. CTTE reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you have failed to make any payment by its due date and do not cure such failure within 5 days after notice by email or phone message from CTTE (i.e., CTTE must receive your payment within such 5-day period).


Please Note: The Payment Terms described above supersede those made by the NCL Cruise/Cruisetour Ticket Contract, as your payment obligation for the Cruise is to CTTE. Please note the payment provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to the Cruise, regardless of any representations made by NCL or its affiliated entities, whether in the NCL Cruise/Cruisetour terms or elsewhere. The rights granted to passengers in the NCL Cruise/Cruisetour Ticket Contract relating to the payment or refund of cruise fare and to cancellations by passengers shall not be operative.


Due to the nature of this event, all deposits and payments for CTTE are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Therefore, we highly recommend guests purchase Travel Insurance.


Travel Insurance is NOT included in your reservation. The purchase of travel insurance is at the discretion of and the sole responsibility of each guest sailing and is NOT offered through CTTE.  It is up to each guest to research and decide whether to purchase travel insurance or not, and to decide on a 3rd party vendor of his or her choice for insurance if they choose to do so. CTTE is not responsible for any losses, medical expenses accrued during travel and/or any and all deposits, due to lack of travel insurance. Not all travel insurance is the same, and you should carefully investigate to determine what situations are covered, and how they are covered, in each policy you may be offered.  For maximum coverage, we recommend that you consider third party policies with “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage. CTTE makes no representation or warranties as to what travel insurance will or will not cover. Please note that some insurers require that travel insurance policies must be purchased within 14 days of your initial Cruise deposit.
