Payment Dates

Payments are NOT automatically processed. It is your responsibility to make your payments by the due dates. You can make a payment at any time regardless of whether it is a payment due date or not by either calling us at (855) 330-2883 or by using the “PAYMENT LINK” located in your confirmation emails. Although we have set up a 4 payment plan, you can make more frequent payments as long as the required deposits have been paid by the due dates below.

Payment reminders with links will be sent approximately two (2) weeks before due date.

Payments will be reflected on your Credit Card or Bank Statement as SEAPLANNERS and/or AUTHORIZE.NET.

Standard Deposit Requirements (special payment programs may supersede):

At the time of reservation
A $300 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for all Interior, Oceanview and Balcony Staterooms.

A $600 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for all VIP Staterooms and Suites, including:  Mini Suites, Penthouse and Haven Suites.

Wednesday, July 3, 2019
A $400 per person payment is due by Wednesday, July 3, 2019 for all Interior, Oceanview and Balcony Staterooms.

A $600 per person payment is due Wednesday, July 3, 2019 for all VIP Staterooms and Suites, including:  Mini Suites, Penthouse and Haven Suites.

Reservations made on or after Wednesday, July 3, 2019 will require a deposit of:

  • $700 per person at time of booking for all Interior, Oceanview and Balcony Staterooms.
  • $1200 per person at time of booking for all VIP Staterooms, including:  Mini Suites, Penthouse and Haven Suites.

Wednesday, September 18, 2019
50% of the remaining balance is due by Wednesday, September 18, 2019 for all cabins.

Reservations made on or after Wednesday, September 18, 2019, will require a deposit of 50% of the full cruise fare at the time of booking.

Wednesday, December 11, 2019
The remaining balance is due by Wednesday, December 11, 2019 for all passengers.

Reservations made on or after Wednesday, December 11, 2019 will require a deposit of 50% of the full cruise fare and must be paid in full within 45 days of the booking or February 26, 2020 (30 days from the departure date), whichever comes first.

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE– PROTECT YOUR TRAVEL INVESTMENT!

Due to the nature of this event, all deposits and payments for the Cruise to the Edge are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE and therefore, we highly recommend Travel Insurance.

Travel Insurance is NOT included in your reservation. The purchase of insurance is the sole responsibility of each guest sailing and is NOT offered through On the Blue Cruises, LLC or the Cruise to the Edge Reservations team. It is up to each guest to research and decide on a 3rd party vendor of his or her choice for insurance, if they choose to do so. On the Blue Cruises, LLC and Cruise to the Edge are not responsible for any losses, medical expenses accrued during travel and/or any and all deposits, due to lack of travel insurance.

A $50 per person late payment fee will be applied for each cabin that does not remit payment by the required payment deadlines. Cruise to the Edge reserves the right to cancel any reservation that has missed one (1) payment date and does not attempt to return the Cruise to the Edge Reservations Team’s three (3) calls and/or emails.

If payment in full has not been received by Wednesday, December 11, 2019, Cruise to the Edge reserves the right to consider a reservation canceled and to charge the applicable cancellation penalties.

Single passengers are responsible for and will only be charged one mandatory fee supplement of $295 for merchant fees, government taxes and fees.

The Payment Terms described above supersede those made by the NCL Guest Ticket Contract. Please note the payment provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to the Cruise, regardless of any representations made by NCL or its affiliated entities, whether in the NCL Guest Ticket Contract terms or elsewhere. The rights granted to passengers in the NCL Cruise Ticket Contract relating to the payment or refund of cruise fare and to cancellations by passengers shall not be operative.
