Need to Modify Your Cruise Reservation?
If you’re planning updates to your 2026 Cruise to the Edge reservation, it’s important to understand our official policies. The Primary Passenger, the person who placed the initial booking, is solely responsible for initiating or approving any changes.
- Downgrades to a lower-value cabin are not permitted.
- Changing the Primary Passenger’s name is considered a Cabin Transfer, which requires Cruise to the Edge’s prior written approval and incurs a $299 USD transfer fee.
- Any new passenger must complete and accept the full Terms & Conditions before the transfer is processed.
All changes are subject to approval at the sole discretion of CTTE. Unauthorized transfers, third-party sales, or offers of cabins as contest prizes are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in denied boarding or removal from the ship.
To request a transfer to a new guest, the Primary Passenger must email our Reservations Team to request the official Reservation Change Request Form. Once received, the new passenger must sign and agree to the cruise Terms & Conditions and make payment before the transfer is considered complete.
If approved, the new passenger will be required to submit payment equal to the balance due or the original amount paid, whichever is greater. Once paid, the original passenger will be refunded. Unauthorized transfers may result in denied boarding or disembarkation at the guest’s own expense.
All changes must be submitted by the Primary Passenger using the official Reservation Change Request Form by 5:30 PM ET on the deadline day for each tier. To request a link to the form, email our Reservations Team at reservations@cruisetotheedge.com.
Failure to submit payment within 24 hours of approval will result in denial of the request. Reinstatement after that requires a $50 fee.
Due to the exclusive nature of this luxury cruise experience, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This strict policy supports the integrity of this high-demand, limited-capacity event.
We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially policies with “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage. CTTE does not provide or endorse insurance, and each passenger is responsible for selecting their preferred provider.
Important Notes on Festival Cruise Cancellations:
- CTTE is not liable for any loss due to the absence of travel insurance.
- Some insurers require policies to be purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit.
- CTTE makes no guarantees about what your insurance may or may not cover.
Guests who fail to arrive on time for embarkation, scheduled events, or the cruise itself will not receive a refund. These terms supersede any cancellation or refund clauses found in Norwegian Cruise Line’s passenger agreement. If you must cancel, follow these steps:
- Email: reservations@cruisetotheedge.com.
- Request a Change Request Form.
- The Primary Passenger must complete and submit the form before cancellation is recognized.
The submission date of the completed form is considered the official cancellation date. No exceptions.
